Will TESO be 1080p and 60 FPS on the PS4

I'm not quite positive on this one. I can see the next Single Player Bethesda title to be 1080p and 60fps; but we're talking about an MMO; they always seem to downgrade when it comes to FPS whether it be on Console or Computer.
Take PSU(Phantasy Star Universe). On the PC at the time of release, it could sustain 35-45 FPS with other players around you; when you popped onto the Console(360/PS2) it dropped down to 20fps.
I'm sure it'll stay 1080p but when it comes to the FPS it's up in the air..

Check out this link. While we can't know for sure if you look at the games the PS4 can play, I'd bet that TESO will be 60FPS and 1080P considering TESO doesn't look nearly as good as some of those. (But still good for an MMO)
