Will my PC be able to run skyrim on ultra?

howdy, i loved oblivion, spent like a billion hours on it, and i wanted to wait for skyrim till christmas, so id have something to look forward to, and i just started wondering if my pc would be able to run it on ultra. heres the specs:

Lol, yes you can play Skyrim on very high settings with that setup.
