Will my comp run skyrim?

Ok so I play Skyrim on console and recently looked into buying an Alienware computer. I was wondering if my computer will run Skyrim with its current settings. Here are the settings:

I'm not much of a fan of anything
The hardware will run Skyrim, definitely Medium, likely High, maybe Very High. I don't advise Alienware machines due to hearing almost nothing but horror stories, not to mention there are other computers with the same specs for much cheaper because they don't have the Alienware name. Those flashy lights aren't gonna do nothing for you but overheat that computer like mad, anyway.
