I got this for DX HR as well.
Whenever I'm doing anything in the game, such as talking to someone, if I'm looking directly at them (they are in the centre of the screen) the audio is silent, and gets louder the further away I am looking at them, as well as panning to one ear. This get's very annoying having to listen in one ear, and I even had to turn on subtitles for a certain quest with lots of people talking.
Does anyone know a fix?
