Why is everyone all of a suddenly my enemy?

Just gettin into the game and I was doing a quest when everyone started attacking me. I've ran away and fleed to other towns and they do the same thing. Does anyone else have this problem or any idea what I can do? Thanks

Are you a vampire? Do you have an excessively high bounty in multiple holds? Are you ugly as sin?

I don't know how I've become a vampire. I was at a few shrines but I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the darn thing. Kinda messed my game up now. Also trying to learn as much as I can about it.
