The PC version. Duh. What else were you expecting?
Of course, that conclusion is only correct if you're running a PC powerful enough to render the graphics of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt at their maximum setting. If your computer is a few years old with no upgrades, either of the console versions of the game will probably look better. Or if you're not a PC gamer, the mere factor of playing the game on a sofa is going to make all the difference.

You might have heard the PS4 runs the game at a steady 1080p at all times, while the XBox One needs a day-one patch to fluctuate between 900p and 1080p. Digital Foundry found the One version very rarely reached that resolution, but it shouldn't be super-noticeable unless your TV is the size of your wall.
Frame rate is where the real differences showed up. The PS4's rate is for the most part smooth, but it's locked in at 30fps at all times. The XBox One's rendering speed fluctuates, but rarely goes beyond 30fps and in some rare incidents, both dip to 20.
DF'S conclusion? "Neither console version feels as smooth as it should, and each is prone to big dips during gameplay." Buy The Witcher 3 anyway.
