I'm pretty diverse when it comes to the games I play like atm I'm on Skyrim of course best RPG ever made with Fable second thats just my opinion. I'm also on Mass Effect. Completed 2 and 3 freaking loved them so I had to get the first one cos I played it a while ago but lost interest for some reason. Other games I recently tried out Batman Arkum City even better than the first. Also big on FPS third person shooter games like Gears and Ghost recon.

I'd recommend Slender if you're up for a ride.
I'd recommend DayZ if you want something like minecraft, but hardcore.
I'd really like anyone to play Dota 2, it's an underrated game which is made by Valve. I don't understand why no one really plays Dota 2, it's a great game to play. I really like it better than League of Legends, that game is horrible.

Currently I've mostly been playing Ys: The Oath in Felghana and Skyrim. It makes me feel less guilty playing Skyrim as an OP character after playing Ys...it's just so difficult it's crazy!

Currently, I'm just playing Oblivion. A lot of fun. But I also play:

1. Fallout: New Vegas (and Fallout 3 occasionally).

2. Skyrim (obviously)

3. Mafia 2. This is one of my favorite games. definitely worth getting.

Mafia 2 is brilliant, but I am slightly slightly more liking L.A. Noire.
