PC Unable To Install Skyrim

Hello everyone. First of all, I want to say that, I am new to this forum. I recently bought a Gaming Desktop PC. Whenever I try to install The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, the “Isdon.dll error” is showing. I don’t know why this is happening, and how to solve the issue. Can anyone provide any suggestions to solve this issue? It will be greatly appreciated.
