The Worst Possible Thing That Could Have Happened To You In Video Games

So about a week ago, I was playing with my second character, Beast and finally killing Miraak when suddenly...He disappeared under the map! I was very close to killing him too!

So that got me thinking, what's the worst possible thing that happened to you?

I've glitched into the spiral staircases in the towers that you see all over, and it's pretty awful because you literally can't do anything because it seems to be considered a falling animation...

Oh wait, you meant in game?

The worst thing that could've happened to me in Skyrim was probably when my character had to listen to Delphine's rants...I pity him.

By the way, shouldn't this belong in the general Skyrim discussion forum :/?
