Most of it is just confirming what people have speculated/heard about - there's definitely a Tower of Joy flashback in there (HYPE), Bran's back with his visions and looking ten years older, Iron Islands things are happening, aaaaaaand it looks like Melisandre and Davos are working together to bring Jon back, surprise surprise (although they are still vehemently denying that Kit will be doing anything other than playing a corpse this season, lol).
I really hope Dany's entire arc this season isn't going to be about her trying to get out of Vaes Dothrak. Get her ass down to Westeros already.
It looks like she's back to square one, but even worse since she's now an actual prisoner.
