Xbox One The Bee and The Barb Glitch

So I ran into a bug with the doing the quest do collect the debts. I have collected all debts besides Keerava's. I only have the (Optional) Use Talen-Jei to get the info on her family's farm to make the threat, and Collect Keeravas Debts as the only last two uncompleted for that quest.

But on my pc version no issues. She is running the bar as usual but this time on my xbox one Talen-Jei is the only one to be found... I searched the whole Bee and Barb and she is not anywhere. I got side tracked with the main quest line, continued on defeating Murak etc. But now as level 27 with a few 100 skill trees, I returned to Riften to finish the Thieves Guild questline and get the skeleton key to kill the emperor on some ship, but it's a master skill lock picking hence why I came back to Riften.

I simply just can not find her and Talen-Jei just says "Get out of here"
I might have done something ?????
