Hey guys, so after i kill the guards and im in the ambassador office i need to kill the wizard but he disappeared before i could kill the others and my saves are a mess and im basically stuck with no keys and no one to kill for the keys.
You need to speak to the guy you just got out of the cell and ask him if he knows anything useful. After that more guards will come in, kill them and get key.
