You can. Use the Caliente's version CBBE, its called. It adjusts the bust by the weight slider.

this brings me back when I was young and a nude patch came out for the very first tomb raider game to get lara pixelated nude breasts, these things never change.

I dont get this obsession with pixelated boobs. I think that sometimes revealing everything is less exciting than not knowing. my other question would is that anyone who is using the mod, has a computer, and most likely internet. why not just watch some porn. at least those are real people. Ive always said to each his own, so i dont have a prob with this. and if I was on a PC im sure i would try it. but that is the extent.

Perhaps because they want to add realism this way? I could understand that if this mod added underwear to the game so that you have the choice of stripping people naked or leaving them with at least a little bit of dignity
