PC Skyrim aren't sense the Esc hotkey

Hello for everyone. As the title says, the problem started when i selected and sorted out the contradicture and uncompatible mods from my Skyrim, I firstly deleted SVOM (Skyrim Vampire Overhaul Mod) and that was because the magic menu freezed when was clicked. After i deleted all, and with the new game and considering every backward saves, Skyrim simply not reacting to attempts opening quest/gameplay menu. Its need to totally uninstall? Please lend me a help. Also i can send LOOTto estimate problem, if its necessary.

I would start uninstalling mods from most recent on back until the game works properly when you start a new game. I would exit completely between each uninstall.
