Okay, my dad works for Bethesda but didn't even tell coworkers he put this sexy extra in the game. Lydia was modeled after one of my super model gf's I had in middle school so it only works with her.
1. go to your home where it's just you and her. stand 10 feet away and keep the crosshair on her face (very important, it symbolizes eye contact). Stand there for 75 minutes, keeping eye contact even when she moves but stay 10 feet away so you're not acting like a perv. You can't use the wait command to wait 75 minutes it doesn't count as maintaining eye contact. After 75 minutes of eye contact from 10 feet away you can leave. Make sure you have a red mountain flower for the next step.
2. Ok, have a red mountain flower? You need to wait 48 hours from your last meeting with Lydia so you don't come off as clingy. You can use the wait command for this, but don't wait in your house. Sleep in the inn or wait somewhere outside so you seem mysterious and she thinks you're out adventuring since you're not home. Go into your house and get real close, then drop a red mountain flower at her feet. When you're touching her look over her shoulder then look at the side of her face briefly (hug and a kiss on the cheek) before backing up 5 feet away. Stay 5 feet away so she knows you're not expecting anything just from a flower but keep eye contact like you did before. Only this time do it 90 minutes. Leave your house and wait outside or sleep in the inn. You need a bottle of alto wine and a cheese wheel for the next step.
3. Wait 48 hours again and go into your house with a bottle of alto wine and a cheese wheel. Drop both items at Lydia's feet and do the hug and kiss cheek again. Back up to 3 feet away. Do eye contact for 120 minutes. Leave. For the next step you need a silver necklace and a stamina potion.
4. Only wait 24 hours for this step. At this point Lydia is super into you and you need to show her it's mutual. After 24 hours go into your house and drop the silver necklace and the stamina potionat her feet and then sit back and enjoy the wicked cut scene.
All steps have to be followed exactly for them to work. It took me a few tries to get it to work the first time after my dad told me how but it's totally worth it. I showed kids at high school in the library and it was so hot I have a new super model senior gf who was there (I'm a freshman booya).

I tried this alot, but I think it's glitched. Every time I come back after the last 24 hour part, I find Lydia and Aela the Huntress naked on the bed smoking cigarettes.

I posted this before, but in case someone hasn't read it yet I know I married that chick ysolda in whiterun who is one of the npcs in the night to remember daedric quest. For those of you who don't know what happens during the quest, after you have the drinking contest with Sam guenevine, first you go to markarth and clean up the temple of dibella, then you go to roikstead to rescue gleta the goat from the giant, then you go to whiterun and you have to get the wedding ring back from a hagraven, and give it back to ysolda. As I stated before, I married ysolda first before starting the quest, then I started the quest after marrying ysolda to find out if she would be mad at me for cheating on her. She didn't care, and I just went through the quest normally. I wonder if there are any mods that fix that. Lol

Also, at the ragged flagon in the thieves guild in riften, delvin Mallory always hits on vex, and there is a letter you can find on one of the tables that says "Delvin, a master of sneaking huh? If I ever catch you sneaking a peek of me while I'm bathing in the lake, I will cut off your most valuable asset."
