Hello guys, I've been playing skyrim so far. Well today I had to register to get a solution. 
Here is the story: I adopted 2 children from orphanage in Riften. Then I discovered poor Lucia. I went to her gave her a penny then Asked her why she begged. I had no option to adopt her
In the case 1 thing is possible if I can just reset only & only this adoption quest & start over to adopt again with console commands. I'm trying again & again but not being successful. Anyone can help ?
