repeating vampire quests glitch

i'm playing my vampire and i'm playing the vampire line of quests. the problem is, i keep getting asked to do quests that i've already finished. when it happens i have to reload and eventually it will let me play a new quest. Vingalmo has asked me to turn Haran into a vampire at least 5 times. i have to reload a bunch of times when this happens or the questline will end there. does this happen to anyone else?

It happens to everyone who has DG. It's a known bug and was even written about on the wiki, along with ways to deal with it using the console commands if you're on PC. Sadly, if you're using the XBox or PS version, your approach or perhaps killing the quest target may be the only way to resolve the quest.

Yup, you have to kill the target to move forward.

Through console commands or something
