Im having an issue with finding her, kinda. She is under Tel Mithryn I cant reach her and my follower cant reach her either. Help?

I found her by the stone that is near their village - I think it's the sun stone.

It has the marker over her, she is in the middle of Tel Mithryn. Under the map, i tell jazargo to do something for me and I hover over where it says she is and its says "Search Varana Nelos" or what ever her name is exactly. But I use Unrelenting force on the spot and the marker flops around but then settle in the same place. I think I may be screwed on this one.
