Recommended internet bandwidth ?

ok , this is what worries me , i know many of you guys here live in the first world and you don't have to worry about that

but me however , i have 1 mbs internet . it sucks , i know . but this how internet is in my country and i can't change it .

but i do play Halo 4 or COD online on xbox live and my internet can handle it .
but halo 4 has only 16 players while elder scrolls online is a MMO and it might have 200 players .

do you think my internet can handle it ? or i should just forget about this game ?

I think 1 Megabyte is enough to play The Elder Scrolls Online fairly, that if it's actually a 1 Megabyte, my suggestion is before you start playing, turn the browsers and the downloads off in every PC/smart phone that might be using the same internet, just expect a lag from time to time and you'll do just fine
