I am a stone cold mage and have been through each of the Elder Scrolls games and when i was doing the quest Reavealing the Unseen from the College of Winterhold and i was not strong enough to make it all the way through... so i figured i would come back later, I came back after a while of destruction training and went back. When I walked in to the front room the Synod researcher that was supposed to be dying would just stare up at me and ask me things that a normal non-conversation NPC might. I could not kill him or anything like that, the only thing i did between leaving and coming back was gain a few levels and buy the DLC Hearthfire. I was actually quite mad at this point and am not willing to go back and level up all those levels. Anyone know what to do or know what is going on because i would appreciate that very much.
