OOC Chatbox Isn't Working?

Hey, y'all. I don't know if this has been happening to any of you, because the OOC chatbox seems to be fairly active.. but I am unable to log in/ send messages though the chatbox, like all I can to is observe the currently conversion.
Is there something I'm missing? I've tried on two other computers, and it's not working on either of those.

It may be because you're a new member, I'm not positive. Any questions regarding the shoutbox can be answered by the lovely @Cordelia

As my signature says, you can contact our Global Moderator, Rayven, in a PM to have her let you in, but as long as you're active in the community, you'll eventually find yourself in the Shoutbox without any difficulties.

We had some very big problems with a former member harassing the forum with pornographic spam, and as a result the Shoutbox has received stricter regulations. This is, of course, very inconvenient for new members with no intention to cause difficulty for other members, but it does ensure the safety and comfort of all members. Being active will eventually solve the problem on its own, and the more active you are, the faster you'll see results. Plus, extra benefit! You make friends faster. ^__^
