PC Nexus Modding in Steam

Hey all. I’m new to playing Skyrim on PC but have played it for years on X Box. Vanilla Skyrim can get a little plain which is why I switched to PC to add mods. Bought the game on Steam which has access to some decent mods but not the ones on Nexus. I downloaded a few off Nexus but don’t know how to get them on my actual game. Does anyone know a simple way this can be done? I’m new modding, PC gaming and basic computing skills so simple solutions or steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
