That made me tear up how
That made me tear because of how good roleplay that was
Cosnach, my favorite drinking buddy. He's always been there when fighting the Stormcloaks and always appears at my side as soon as I enter battle (Unlike followers like Lydia, Varkas Ect). Two bretons make a good team.
Onmund has become my new best friend. His lightning spells are insane, and he eats bandits and forsworn for breakfast. I took him on the quest into Labyrinthian, and I got severely burned by the skeletal dragon, and I was running round like a ninny trying to heal myself and put up defence spells, was getting ready to fight the dragon, and Onmund just chucks a couple of lightning bolts at the thing and kills it before I even get a chance to strike. He's also taken down all the skeletons before I could fight them, and left only one for me. Clearly Onumnd is more cut out for the role of archmage than I am, but he seems quite happy for me.
I also really like Cosnach. His drunken brawl dialogue in combat always lightens the mood. Give him a two handed weapon and he batters those dwarvern mechanisms into oblivion before they get anywhere near me.
sounds like an unhealthy diet to me, he would literally be eating antlers
Aranea Ienith --
Good dialogue and sexy voice but not overly chatty.
Looks fabulous in Royal Vampire Armor w/Dragonscale Helmet/Gauntlets/Boots.(same as Dragonborn currently wears)
Casts her own frost and shock spells as well as summoning a frost or fire atronarch.
Will use Scroll of Dead Thrall/Dread Zombie to raise deceased foes to fight for her.
Equipped with Ahzidal`s Ring of Arcana , she will also spam Ignite spell to set my enemies ablaze !
During breaks from missions , she will doff all her armor except the helmet and go skinny-dipping with me when I`m harvesting fish or Nordic Barnacles !
Who said a priestess can`t be a good time gal ?
Pics, or she looks terrible
Speak for yourself.
Don`t judge her by Lydia`s standard.
For a Dunmer lass , she`s quite the beauty.
The point was that the gear is highly flattering for her.
Reminds of a Skyrim saying :
All Khajiit are grey in the dark .
Kharjo. He's awesome, and one of the few followers I can actually stand. He's caught a cool voice, and a cool personality. Plus, he's a Khajiit! And Khajiit are my favorite race that I don't play as. It's been too long for me to call any memories to the surface, but he's just generally awesome in every way. I just wish he'd scale to a higher level. "Khajiiti guard your back."
And Maximus. My absolute favorite. He's a dremora markynaz which I defeated in single combat and brought back to life using Dead thrall. I summoned him for the autronoch forge or however it's spelled, and put the blood sampler thing from Septimus Signus's quest, so now he will not disappear except through annoying glitches. Anyways, he talks like a badas* acts like a badas*, looks like a badas*, and he is a badas*. A trash talking nightmare that towers over the player character, and I gave him a very big, very powerful sword, and now he's just epic.
Well, I've hated followers at first. But then I downloaded Dawnguard and Dragonborn, which gave me Serana and those little Riekling things. Serana is great simply because she ain't generic, and the rieklings remind me of Yoda
The first thing my character Arcturus saw when he walked into the Hall of the Elements was Brelyna Maryon, and immediately introduced himself to her. They became fast friends, and it eventually came to the point where Arcturus developed feelings for Brelyna, though at the time he was too afraid to tell her how he really felt. The two would often walk around the college grounds in their free time, telling each other about their lives before the college and asking how the other's day went. When Brelyna needed a practice partner Arcturus volunteered, though he slightly panicked when she accidentally turned him green and what's more, into a horse. However, the experience only made him fall even harder for the clumsy spellcaster. Realizing the lengths Arcturus would go for her and why he would in the first place, Brelyna began to return his feelings and the two began dating. Unfortunately due to the Eye and it's mistreatment, they had little quality time together as Arcturus was constantly being sent to dangerous ruins to find out how to prevent disaster. When he succeeded, the two well, had a reunion of sorts Soon after his victory at the college and his appointment as Arch Mage, Arcturus traveled to Solstheim to find out why his unknown adversary had tried to murder him. Naturally, his girlfriend came with him out of fear for his safety. After yet another mighty victory, Arcturus and Brelyna decided to remain on Solstheim for a little while, mainly so she could experience the Dunmer culture she had been missing since she had left home. When it came time to deal with Alduin, as much as Brelyna wanted to help, Arcturus convinced her to stay at the college and continue her education while he completed his destiny. After Alduin was slain, the first thing Arcturus did was travel to Riften's temple and purchase an Amulet of Mara, if only for tradition's sake. Returning once more to Winterhold, Arcturus proposed to his girlfriend, to which she tearfully accepted. The two were married soon after, and in order to see the world and be with the man she loved, Brelyna put her education on hold to travel with Arcturus, accompanying him wherever he went (until his fall, after which he went his own way for a while and Brelyna went back to the college to learn again).
So that's pretty much why Brelyna is my favorite follower
My favorite female is Lydia, as I married her on my first character.
My favorite male is Marucrio. I married him on my female character.
I've developed a fondness for Erik the Slayer and have this "need" to not only take him on adventures with my character, but to protect him so to speak. It's a pity he isn't an option for marriage (I'm on console so no mods for me).
There are worse things to eat than antlers in this game, deary.
true not unlike dwemer lubricants lol
From the Perspective of Runic (His best friend is Sven)
"Hey you !" A familiar voice yelled from across the town. Runic spun around like a black & red cyclone in his shrouded robes to greet his friend.
"It's great to see you again Sven, I guess the Thieves Guild accepted you huh?" Runic exclaimed looking at Svens new armor and scimitar. He nodded in agreement as he whistled at a passing Camilla before returning to his conversation with Runic.
"Yep I'm supposed to govern the thieves out here in whiterun hold, you know the ones that break into the houses at night." He said calmly before patting Runic on the back.
"Come, walk with me into the inn. It should rain soon & we need to talk about you and my factions building idea. I have the perfect places to build our bases." He said with a smile. Sven reminded Runic a lot of his brother Azurel, who died protecting Runic from hagraven. As such Runic feels very protective of Sven. They walk into the Sleeping Giant inn an sit down at the farthest table. Runic orders some food while Sven pulls out a letter from Jarl Siddgear.
"Sorry Runic I had stole this off a courier, then I realised it was for you." Sven said drinking a bottle of Ale while passing Runic the letter. Runic casual as ever grabs the folded piece of paper and begins to read it's contents.
"A plot of land & chance to become thane huh?" He said folding the letter and putting it in his robes. Sven lets out a burp.
"Yep, I feel that the plot of land would be a perfect place to build another Trinity faction base. Im thinking we givs this one an armory, storage room, and a greenhouse." He muttered in secrecy before passing me a purse of 5, 000 gold. Runic glares at the purse. He then looks back at Sven from the cover of his hood.
"I even got the land payment, got it from raiding the Blue Palace in Solitude haha." Sven said standing up.
"Once we buy that land and you become thane we can work on the second headquarters."
"And the Windstad Manor in Morthal?" Runic asked standing up stretching. Sven shuffles his feet boxing the air
"That base is already built and fitted. Ria, Valdmar their Bard leader are already stationed there. Erik is close by in Rorikstead as well so they should be safe." He said grabbing Runic.
"Huh.... fine lets head for Falkreath and get this over with." Runic said fixing his hood and grabbing the purse. They both proceed to walk out the inn and head for falkreath.
Who would have known a runaway from Cyrodil & a Small town man would soon become best friends and began leading a faction....
As they walked down the road, a group of vampire reconing them both, made their move......
She had that look in her eyes. Like something was missing from her life. Then she started to tell me about her own adventures she'd had, years ago, and something between us clicked. It was like I had found my long lost sister. I asked her if she was interested in coming along with me and she jumped at the chance, despite it meaning she was to leave her husband behind.
I immediately saw a new life in her, a skip to her step. And as I handed her a set of Dragonscale armour I had made for her, I could see the spark returning to her eyes.
That was a few months ago now and Annekke and I have been inseparable ever since. We are so similar we don't even need to communicate in words. Each knowing the others next move before it's even made. She is my sister and I love her
can I just say than I see folks like you and Black Ice who not just reply on the thread but create stories along with it, really inspire me and put tears in my eyes *Trys to force out tears but shear manliness prevents such things* I love Anneke, I actually found her when I was playing a character I had coincidentally named Anneke XD
Thanks for the compliment ! I enjoy writing stories and rp (tho I'm not a geek) so I always write some adventure or something of Runic etc for fun.
aww.. thanks so much. I actually write short stories IRL so thanks for the encouragement. I like to see people appreciate whatever I write
I went through a lot to get Annekke. I had a couple of quests in my journal that I had to clear before she even initiated the dialogue with me, and during one of those quests I lost my beloved horse. Needless to say I went on a murderous rampage through that bandit hideout
