Make your own Dragon Shout

    If you could make your own new and unique Dragon Shout, which one would it be?

    Please do use actual words from the Dragon Language instead of making your own, otherwise it wouldn't really make a lot of sense making a Dragon Shout and not actually using the dragon language.

    Do it in the following way:

    Name

    Description (the description when selecting a shout in the menu)

    Word #1 - <insert word (meaning)>
    Word #2 - <insert word (meaning)>
    Word #3 - <insert word (meaning)>

    Cooldown - <#1>, <#2>, <#3>

    Effect

    Optional:
    Further details

    Major bonus points if you create a text for all three Word Walls with transliteration and translation.

    Name: Disguise

    Description: Your Thu'um shrouds you, changing your appearence and deceiving everyone.

    Word #1: Mey (Fool)
    Word #2: Nok (Lie)
    Word #3: Lo (Deceive)

    Cooldown: 60, 120, 180

    Effect: After using your Shout, your character takes a completely new appearence, ranging both race and gender, pretty much turning you incognito to everyone. It wouldn't work for monsters, beats and animals.

    Further detail: This would be a great Shout for when you need or want to escape the law, and giver enough words unlocked, you could even fool bandits into having them think you're one of them. The first word would be pretty basic, just changing some features, like your hair, face details, skin color, etc. and it wouldn't last that much, about a few hours; the second word would be able to change your gender as well as having the effect from the previous word, and the duration would be longer, about half a day; the third and last word would turn your character into a completely new person: new gender, race, face details, hair and facial hair, color, and even completely different armor and weapon(s), and it would have a long duration, about a full day. Although your armor would look different, you would still be wearing whatever you equipped, same thing with your weapon(s), to the point where if you had a Daedric claymore, it would change its appearence to that of an Iron one, or Steel.

    Name: Blood Boil

    Description: Your Thu'um is so violent even you cannot escape it's wrath.

    Word #1: Dur (Curse)
    Word #2: Mul (Strong)
    Word #3: Aus (Suffer)

    Cooldown: 40, 50, 60

    Effect: This would be a double-edged sword of a Shout. You increase the damage you would deal by a good amount, however, your health would drain during the duration of the Shout.

    Further detail: The damage you took would be a percentage of your maximum health, that way, no matter how much health you have, you'll always lose a significant amount of it, maintaining it a balanced Shout. The more Words you would get, the more damage you would deal and the more health would be sapped from you, while keeping the same duration.

    Name: Shatter

    Description: Shout pure energy and break your enemies' weaponry.

    Word #1: Kren (Break)
    Word #2: Zun (Weapon)
    Word #3: Fun (Force)

    Cooldown: 50, 65, 80

    Effect: A defensive Shout (or offensive, depends on how you use it) to utterly break a foe's weapon. Of course, as you can expect, you wouldn't be able to ever recover it. Swords, axes, bows, arrows, whatever, it would break by just Shouting. The higher the level of the enemy, the more Words you would need to make the Shout usable.

    Name: Flight

    Description: Soar the skies like a true Dovah.

    Word #1: Alok (Arise)
    Word #2: Bo (Fly)
    Word #3: Ah (Hunter)

    Cooldown: 100, 150, 200

    Effect: Who wouldn't like to fly just like a dragon? Well, with this Shout you would, however, it would be just flight, and given the flight time, I don't think you would be able to actually Shout while flying. Think of it as a faster way to travel through Skyrim.

    Name: Harming Wind

    Description: Your wrath is focused into a Shout commanding the wind around you to bring great pain to those around you while stealing their power.

    Word #1: Faaz (Pain)
    Word #2: Ven (Wind)
    Word #3: Bah (Wrath)

    Cooldown: 300, 600, 900

    Effect: Raw damage to everyone around you for the duration of the shout.

    Further detail: The damage dealt would be unavoidable and would ignore all defenses, even those against magic. It would last a minute per word and would deal damage to a rather large area around you, doubling the area with the second word and tripling it with the third. The damage dealt would be per second and would hurt everything, but you dealing 50 points more damage per word to stamina, health, and magicka.

    if I had it my way, I would make a super concentrated dragon pong shout and super stink them all out.

    Description: You possess the same Willpower as very Talos, shout it out, and watch even your darkest enemy bend knees in contemplation.

    Word #1: Lo (Deceive)
    Word #2: Kreh (Bend)
    Word #3: Aam (Serve)

    Cooldown: 60, 120, 180

    Effect: Everyone around you becomes friendly for half the cooldown of the shout. They will even folow you around and do anything you ask them. Even if you attack them they won't attack back.

    Word Wall #1: A lie does not consist in the indirect position of words, but in the desire and intention, by false speaking, to DECEIVE and injure someone.

    Further detail: The first word affects anyone till level 10, the second word affects anyone till level 20 and the final word affects anyone till level 40.

    Word #1 - Morah (Focus)
    Word #2 - Graan (Rout)
    Word #3 - Sivaas (Beast)

    Cooldown - 30, 90, 180

    Effect: Predator's Vision enhances the user's skill at hunting the most dangerous game - humans. It puts the user in a sharp and cunning state of mind by highlighting targets, slowing time slightly, and increasing the user's brutality, causing he/she to deal more damage in a shorter amount of time.

    Description : Your Thu'um casts an unworldly force using the power of the Dragon Lords.

    Word #1 - Bein (Foul)
    Word #2 - Sil (Soul)
    Word #3 - Al (Destroyer)

    Cooldown - <50>, <120>, <150>

    Effect : Your Thu'um can crush and destroy daedric/non-daedric souls permanently.Their body will disappear in vain,and their things will be left behind.

    Further details :
    The 1st word shout will greatly stagger an opponent and will fall down to it's knees.

    The 2nd word shout will ragdoll the opponent for 5 secs and damages it.

    The 3rd word shout will make the opponent disappear in the air,leaving their things behind.

    Name: The Wabbajack Shout

    Description: Combine the might of your Thu'um with the unwieldy power of your favorite Daedric Lord.

    Word #1: Bronjunii(Jarl's)
    Word #2: Frin(Hot)
    Word #3: Briinah(Sister)

    Cooldown: 30, 90, 180

    Effect: Wreak havoc in Skyrim by unleashing powerful fire novas, turning things into chickens, horses into diamonds and even changing the very course of history.

    Further Details:

    First Word: Turn powerful men and ancient dragons alike into chickens.

    Second Word: Turn chickens into venerable dragons. That poor farmer will never know what hit him. But at least he'll be warm for life.

    Third Word: Alter the very course of history and convince all of Skyrim, nay, all of Tamriel that the mythic beasts that once ravaged Skyrim were not dragons but giant flying chickens.

    description: your thu'um brings forth a monster of oblivion, bending form to battle it's enemy with death and demonic force.

    further description: with all 3 words it summons mehrunes dagon in a dragon's body, with his powers, but is forced to summon the dovahkiin and battles at full strength.

    all words learned by the daedric prince nocturnal, in the dreams of the dragonborn's sleep the night after alduin is defeated.

    Shout name: Overlord, or: One-punch man (xD).

    Edit: forgot to meantion this.
    Description: Power up, sharpen your thu'um, carve it into your body, enchance your strength and bring doom to your foes.

    1st word of power: mul (strength)
    2sc word of power: nelom (speed)
    3rd word of power: suleyk (power)

    Cooldown: 1st: 60s, 2sc: 90s, 3rd: 120s

    Duration of effect: 1st: 30s, 2sc: 30s, 3rd: 20s

    Effect/s: With only first word, caster of this shout gains quite a bonus in unarmed combat, aka unarmed dmg. With second word, caster gains incredible speed. And finaly, with third word, caster gains "power", first 2 effects combined and stronger. Only with 3rd word, caster gains new combos and cannot use any weapon, spell or shield. Sprinting knocks enemies in the way, it is also possible to punch while sprinting. Greatly reduced damage from falling, also, slightly reduces dmg recieved, but with superspeed, dodging is very easy. Lets call sprinting = charging, fits it better. With first 2 effects combined, caster can jump superhigh, making a very sudden change of gameplay and combat style.

    Some of combos I tought of:

    1) Charging on the enemy. In the moment of impact use attack command and jump. You will knock him in the air and fly allong the way with him. At the time youre about to hit the ground (then enemy will already be lying there) use attack command again and u will punch him for a second time. Good finishing move.

    2) Charge - jump towards the enemy (note: foe is on the ground) - at the moment of landing, attack command to hit him the same way in the above mentioned combo.

    3) *Hitting target while in mid-air. Very useful aginst giants.* Charge - jump - at the moment of colliding use:
    a) attack command to hit and knock target (giant) to the ground
    b) power attack command to "bring all the momentum into that punch" Result: see giant fly away while start falling verticaly on the ground.

    These are just my idea, you dont have to accept it, but I hope you see now why I have reduced its duration by 10 seconds after 3rd word.

    Shout Name: Dragon's Flight

    Description:
    Take the form of a Dovah and take to the skies.

    1st Word of Power: Dov (Dragon)
    2nd Word of Power: Kopraan (Body)
    3rd Word of Power: Gaar (Unleashed/Release)

    Activating Sequence: You can only use the shout once all three words of power have been learned.

    Cooldown: After turning back to a human(dragonborn) you cannot use the shout again for a full week.

    Duration: Permanent until you shout out another shout opposite of it.

    1st Word of Power: Dov (Dragon)
    2nd Word of Power: Kopraan (Body)
    3rd Word of Power: Daal (Return)

    That shout is already unlocked once in Dovah Form.

    Dov Kopraan Gaar
    Effect:
    The Dovahkiin can now transform into a Dovah at will. Amplifying your shouts to be longer as well as be more powerful. (Yol Toor Shul and other breath attacks especially) As well as having supreme strength, and a massive health and stamina boost. You CANNOT use magic in any way while in Dovah Form.

    (I wanted to make this kind of shout for a long time.)

    Vokrii: Revive

    Cooldown - 15, 20, 45

    Mends broken relationships, heals wounds, mends psychological/emotional pain.

    Among the destructive powers of the Voice, none are more powerful than those that rejuvenate. Any dragon that cares to learn this shout obtains victory through peace.

    Panic and explosion. You know, scare 'em witless and then have them blow up from it. Maybe through in a reanimate too.

    Sorry - I like to have things go boom and twitch.
