Thanks.. I'm so flattered
No problem, pal.
It's come to the point where I can't even see any of the alerts telling me that someone posted lol
Perhaps your are simply inept?
Inept? I find myself
We often see ourselves in a better light than others
It's true :L
Oh are we just posting with one words on here? Gee, that's actually kind of lazy just like how humanity is slowly becoming lazier as we get more and more advanced. Machines are doing our jobs for us and that can be a good thing and a bad thing but one of the negatives is just how indolent everyone's turning out to be. Just something to think about, tbh.
You probably skimmed through this didn't you? That's pretty lazy, mang
It is, of course, silly to blame the current laziness of man on anything besides man. The machines invented have allowed us more free time and this free time could, theoretically, be used to further the advancement of society. Rather, we must view that man has an inherent desire to seek relaxation as opposed to the continuation of stress build-up.
That begs the question, though: Is it just a cycle? Are we gonna end up "devolving" and turning back into cavemen?
It is silly to think we would devolve into cavemen when, more likely, we would slowly transition into beings similar to humans from WALL-E
That's a loaded question.
Mentally, yes, I certainly think it it's plausible for man to lose such a substantial amount of IQ due to laziness and complacency. The data is present in standardized tests. Children are scoring lower and lower while a rises in social media activity, video-game popularity, and shocking mental disorders can be noted alongside that trend.
However, physically, I'd argue against it. A caveman's lifestyle revolves around their ability to gather materials, hunt, and build with little to no assistance. It's a highly active lifestyle that we continually move further away from.
Can we devolve into cavemen? Partially.
However, this is my opinion, and not a solidly researched and proven fact. Take it as you will.
Hee hee, it's fun when I get people thinking
Meh, for intellectual minds such as mine and Drake's, such simple theories hardly qualify as thought.
For you, however...
Thank you for the compliment, Skyrimosity.
Is... Is this it? Have we reached the point where monsters has become too far gone to post using words? By God! The ancient prophecy foretold within the last page of this thread has come true!
