PC Korvanjund Crypt and the jagged crown

I am playing the Elder Scrolls Skyrim-single player.

I have completed everything in the Korvanjund Crypt and killed the draugr scourge and cannot get the crown.

I can see the crown on his head and there is an arrow pointing to it but when I click on the body it does not show the crown available. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong.
