You are completely right. It is easy to say without knowing someones circumstances. But you, I, and other disabled folks are an exception. No one can say a thing against what we decide to do to pass time. Because video games are a great release. Although I can't bear to play a game for more that two hours at a time, and i'm am still able to do some mechanical work. But limited to what I used to could do. But if your a (mostly) healthy young person. Then yes I agree, put the game down for a while and go ride a bike or something. 53 hours of gaming a week really is not good for you physically and socially. My ailment is a terribly crushed knee cap from a over pressured tractor hydraulic hose that busted on me. And thankfully after a long time, is getting a bit better everyday.
