How will Daedric artifacts work

I been thinking about this as it would be silly if 10 people in a party had 10 Sanguine Roses

It would be possible if there would be some hobo who worships one Daedra and coincidentally is also a master enchanter, and after you help him he might give you some cool Daedra gadgets. Nothing that overpowers normal weapons too much, but maybe you'd at least get a nice bonus.

Or alternatively you get hunted down by Vigilants of Stendarr.

Probably you get quest to retrieve a daedric artifact and give it to the quest giver but you can use it along the way and if you're teamed up one person in the group gets it to use for the duration of the quest

I don't really care how it goes since I don't use daedric artifacts but my friend loves Umbra so I hope we can all use them. However maybe everyone in the group would have to use different ones.
