PC Help with modded skyrim

Hello, I've got skyrim LE and it is heavily modded. I uninstalled it to add graphical mods (guide said to have a clean install). However after reinstalling, it doesn't work. Werewolf mode doesn't work properly and I am missing my (modded) armour and weapons. I've uploaded my modlist file in MO2. I hope someone can help because I have spent 200+ on my save and it would really upset me to have to start again.
