HDT Physics mod

So yeah, I'm trying to find an HDT physics mod or something that has to do with clothing. Clothing with like a swaying animation. And no, this is not some armor replacer mod. I remembered watching a video that showcased that mod but I don't remember it. I can't find it anywhere on youtube and nexusmods anymore. Can anyone recommend me a mod that could do that? I would gladly appreciate it.

I know there's one for cloaks, but it was in early stages whem I saw it. Try Nexus for it.

Hmm...I've seen that mod before. I was not that interested in it. What I'm trying to picture out is a mod that adds a subtle animation to skyrim\s vanilla clothes and armor. Like when you run, the clothes appear to flow with the character's movements.
