HI everyone, i understand that smithing consists on upgrading my equipment like weapons and armors so they get better stats aswell as prices...

    Fine
    Superior
    Exquisite
    Flawless
    Epic
    Legendary

Already got all my equipment to the fine grade, but i dont know how to make it superior now...there isnt even an option for it when im smithing or the materials i need...

If someone could help me I would really appreciate it.

All you have to do is raise your smithing skill and pick the appropriate perks. Once you have done this the next time you go to upgrade an article it will automatically choose the highest level of upgrade.

Well the "grade" depends on the perk of armor you invested in and (Smithing enchantment /Weapon/Armor % increase). Like If you have steel armor but don't have the smithing perk for steel, you won't be able to upgrade it to a high grade.
