Glory Of The Dead and Ring of Hircine

if I complete the glory of the dead quest and choose to cleanse the blood of the werewolf, will i still be able to be one and have the effect of 100% immune to disease when getting the ring of hircine?

also with the ring of hircine, is it limited to once a day transformations llike the power itself when you first get it?

can you get the ring of hircine after completeing the companions quest and cleansing yourself?
