This is a collaboration between Zelda, Kivuli_The_Khajit, and myself.

Here's what we have for a plot:
    =======================================================================================

The civil war in Skyrim has finally reached the tipping point, each army growing tired of their adversary and the inability to make overt moves against them.

As the war claims more and more lives, and the men in women in power seem to drop like flies as cities are sacked, only to be retaken. The scars of war can be seen on every street, and in every face. Especially in the faces of the children, who have spent their entire lives around this war.

As the battles rage on, the Thalmor sit idle. They gleefully watch from their vantage as the men of Skyrim rip themselves apart. It is the golden opportunity for the Thalmor. With the empire heavily weakened in Skyrim, and the Stormcloaks hindered at every turn, Skyrim is ripe for the taking. The original goal of the Thalmor.

They never intended for the White-Gold Concordat to come to fruition, but they did not have the military might to wrest Skyrim from the hands of the Nords. However, they have been developing their ranks inside Skyrim. They plunder Skyrim's mines for moonstone, quicksilver, malachite, and ebony; making the displaced miners poor and blacksmiths poorer.

With the lack of fresh ore, the miners have lost work, the blacksmiths are not able to offer new wares, and merchants have little to sell. Trade and commerce have weakened as well.

The companions have been run out of Whiterun, the halls of Jorrvaskr turned into Thalmor barracks, and the Skyforge has been taken from Eorlund, to be used to craft the finest possible weapons for the Thalmor.

Though the Thalmor have begun to seep into all reaches of Skyrim, and have set up bases in near every city, the people of Skyrim do not seem to notice, their focus turned solely on the civil war.

As the war continues, people of value have been abucted for experimentation. Those with unusually high resistances, people with unruly strength, werewolves, vampires, and above all, hybrids. These people are studied in an effort to understand their abilities and transfer them to Thalmor soldiers.

In addition, anyone with knowledge of the Thalmor, or their plans is hunted down. If there is any chance that the plans of the Thalmor can be leaked, the person is killed. This paranoia extends even to familial members not a part of the Thalmor. In fact those are the worst, threatening to lessen the focus of Thalmor soldiers.

Also, powerful individuals are rooted out and given an ultimatim (I butchered the spelling there: Support the Thalmor, or be killed where you stand.

Feathers: Instead of feathers, Ryder has short, spiky black hair.

    Claws: Short, razor-sharp black claws.

Build: Lean and agile, yet toned and powerful.
    - A free-runner’s build.

Scars: Heavy scar across his left eye from a sword-fight.

Tattoos: Tattoo of the symbol of Nocturnal on his upper back.

    489978_1.jpg

    APPAREL

Constant Wear: Silver Pendant of Nocturnal given to Ryder by his father.

Casual Wear: Short-sleeved white shirt, baggy black pants, a sleeveless black hooded jacket, a plain black bandana/mask around his neck, black fingerless gloves, black footwraps, and one black leather armguard on his left forearm (Holds hidden scabbard for one of Ryder’s two ebony blades. The other blade sits in a hidden scabbard inside of Ryder’s jacket.)

Armor: Nightingale armor without the cape.

    GEAR

Weapons: Two ebony daggers concealed against the underside of his forearms.

    PERSONALITY AND VOICE

Personality: Ryder is quiet, shifty, intelligent, and observant. In most social situations, he finds himself avoiding most contact and sticking to the walls, often with multiple escape plans thought out. He appears uncomfortable and shifty in most public areas. During social situations, he is easily excited and can be scared quite easily, due to his high levels of anxiety and stress.

Ryder gauges everyone he sees by their immediate threat to him and does not like to be shoved into scenarios where he can’t monitor everyone within an arms reach. Ryder prefers to spend his time alone, or with the company of one or two others.

Trust is a huge issue for Ryder, and he will not take anyone’s word, save for that of his Father.

During combat, Ryder is perceptive and quick on his feet, with a strong ability to make snap decisions under pressure. Ryder’s greatest weakness is also one of his best attributes. Speed. Ryder often thinks and acts so quickly that he misses more advantageous routes, and can be highly predictable. If chased, one can block off certain routes and corral Ryder into position without his knowing. On the other hand, Ryder’s quick-thinking makes him an extremely dangerous combatant at close range. Ferocious and lightning fast, the best way to deal with Ryder is distance, or brute strength. Ryder’s effective combat range is very limited due to his choice of weapon, and due to his lack of brawn, a heavier or stronger opponent can be quite a challenge. In addition, magic is one of the most effective means of combat against Ryder. With magic’s range, it nearly nullifies Ryder’s threats, and an utter lack of experience with magic will stop Ryder in his tracks.

A fire mage is the greatest threat to Ryder. Born with half the blood of a vampire, fire does substantially more damage to Ryder while keeping him well out of range, especially in the case of fire-bolts.

Habits: Shifting his weight from foot to foot, glancing around, giving others an unnecessarily wide berth, and fiddling with the ends of his sleeves.

Voice: Arno Dorian from Assassin’s Creed: Unity

Likes: Parkour, training, swimming, puzzles and riddles, and stealing. Just about anything that gets Ryder’s blood flowing and his adrenaline going puts a smile on his face. Ryder also enjoys slight-of-hand tricks, and lively music.

Dislikes: Crowds, being the center of attention, alcohol, magic, working with others.

Fears: Fire, Trust (having to put his faith in another person), public speaking.

    MISCELLANIOUS

Affiliations: Thieves Guild, Nightingales, and the Xaosopor Pirate-ring.

    Afflictions: Vampire blood (Half-blooded vampire)

Properties: Small home outside of Riften, near Merryfair farm. It’s a simple single-story house with a basement, and only one bedroom.

    Job: Nightingale Agent of Strife

Combat Skills: Ryder is a master of stealth, and parkour/free-running. He is also highly skilled in the use of daggers, unarmed combat and lock-picking. Ryder is no stranger to pick-pocketing, and loves to use slight-of-hand tricks to steal items he otherwise couldn’t.

Ryder has some knife-throwing skills, but is otherwise unskilled with any projectile weapons. In addition, Ryder has no skill in any school of magic. While Ryder certainly has the strength to use a two-handed weapon, he has no idea how to use one. Put a two-handed weapon, a bow, or a staff in Ryder’s hands and he’ll make a face and say, “What do you expect me to do with this?”

Other: Due to his Khajiit eyes and vampire blood, Ryder can see near perfectly in the dark.

    HISTORY/BACKSTORY

Ryder was born to Kazasha Xaosopor and an Argonian woman. The birth was unexpected, and the mother was unable and unwilling to raise a child, especially a hybrid such as Ryder. At the time, Kazasha was away and unable to get Ryder. Within three days of his birth, the mother abandoned Ryder on the streets of Morrowind. Ryder was soon found and tossed into an orphanage, and Kazasha was unable to find his son.

Most orphanages refused to take in Ryder, and for the first five years of his life, he bounced between orphanages, shunned and hated at every turn. During his fifth winter, an argument broke out between Ryder and another orphan. When the care-takers intervened, and sided with the other orphan, Ryder had enough. He ran from the orphanage on a freezing night and soon found himself shivering and with no place to stay. In a stroke of pure luck, Ryder found himself on Morrowind’s coast-line, near his father.

Ryder attempted to steal a coat from a local merchant, but was spotted before he could make off with the item. Kazasha noticed the ensuing chase and immediately recognized his son. He helped Ryder lose his pursuers and took Ryder with him, finally giving the young boy a name.

In the years that followed Kazasha and Ryder formed a very strong relationship, especially when Ryder became old enough to be trained as a thief. Thanks to Kazasha’s training, Ryder soon rose among the ranks of thieves and found himself a member of the Thieves Guild by 17. Less than a year later, Ryder found himself a member of the Nightingale Trinity alongside his Father.

    - Cannot breathe underwater like an Argonian, nor can he call upon the Hist.

    Gender: Male

    Age: 21
    - First six years of his life was spent as a Frost Dragon

    - Can be taller if wings are extended above the head.

    Weight: 220 pounds

Horns: Two main horns on either side of his head, with smaller horns running along his brow, a small horn on his nose, and two slightly larger horns just ahead of the two largest horns. (Like the picture)

Feathers: Instead of feathers, he has many very small black spines in a Mohawk-style.
    - He believes this to be the Argonian analog for the vertebral spines found on Frost Dragons.

Claws: Razor-sharp, medium length black claws.
    - Just long enough to be dangerous in combat, but short enough to not get in the way of daily tasks.

    Build: Muscular and powerful
    - Not overly large

Scars: Has many thin sword-slash scars on his forearms and lower legs, due to his fighting style.

    Tattoos: None

    Piercings: None

Other: Due to his wings and their added weight, Wolf’s chest, shoulders, and back are more muscular than normal. Unlike true Argonians, who have feet like humans, Wolf has dragon-like feet with three toes and a large claw on the end of each, as well as a dew-claw on each foot. (See picture)

    APPAREL

    Constant Wear: Amulet of Akatosh
    - He refers to it as “Father’s Amulet.”

Casual Wear: A pair of black pants, a red shirt, black footwraps, and black handwraps.

Armor: Shrouded Robes set from the Dark Brotherhood. The Shrouded shoes are replaced with black footwraps because of Wolf’s unique foot shape.

    GEAR

    Weapons: Ebony Dagger
    - Wolf prefers to use his fists, claws, legs, tail, and wings in combat; as this what he grew used to during his time as a dragon. He finds swords, and other weapons strange because of their foreign feel. Despite this, he carries a dagger and has some degree of skill with it.
    - He decided to learn the art of armed combat after a bandit raid left him with two broken hands in the middle of the battle.
    - White-Wolf greatly misses his ability to call upon ice at will, and has studied Ice and Frost destruction magics, developing respectable skill in this area.
    - Wolf has no skill with projectile weapons, nor can he effectively make use of two-handed weapons, especially warhammers.

    PERSONALITY AND VOICE

Personality: Wolf is quiet, inquisitive, and intelligent. As a result of his solitary existence as a dragon he has a habit of spending much of his time alone and speaking seldom. Despite this, he enjoys good company, finding it a pleasant change from solitude. White-Wolf takes great interest in the many pursuits of all races and their cultures, especially music; he finds the life of Men, Mer, and Beast fascinating when compared to the relatively animalistic behavior of dragons. He loves anything that gets his heart rate up, and gives him a good thrill; as a result, he greatly misses flying.

Wolf is no stranger to combat, and will not shy away from it, but he does not actively seek it out. During combat, White-Wolf is ruthless and brutal, taking advantage of every opening he can and exploiting any weakness possible. His combat style is influenced by the “killer instinct.” He becomes much more of a simplistic and angry animal in combat. Regardless of his attitude, he is an effective combatant. Even when angered, Wolf knows when he is beaten.

Habits: Speaking in the Dragon tongue, leaning against walls, rolling his shoulders, tilting his head when asking questions, and twirling his dagger in his hands.

Voice: Black Panther from Avengers: Civil War

Likes: Swimming, cliff-diving, climbing, running, sparring, reading, snow, night, heights, and floating in cool water at night while star-gazing.

Dislikes: Drunkards, witches, hagravens, vampires, dragur, and talking about being a dragon, having wings, or being turned into an Argonian.

    MISCELLANIOUS

Affiliations: Loose connection to the Dawnguard and College of Winterhold, and the Dark Brotherhood.

    Afflictions: Fear of Hagravens

    Properties: Small house near Ivarstead

    Job: Assassin/ Vampire Hunter

Combat Skills: Very skilled in hand-to-hand combat, especially unarmed combat. Notable skill in the destruction school of magic when it’s focused on Ice and Frost magics. Wolf also possesses notable skills with daggers exclusively.

Other: Cannot use his wings to fly, or even glide. He can use them to slightly slow down falls and lengthen some jumps. He can use his wings underwater, but what speed he can get is counteracted by the added weight and drag of his wings. He uses his wings primarily for slashing and stabbing appendages in combat.

    HISTORY/BACKSTORY

White-Wolf was born a Frost Dragon in the far reaches of Skyrim’s northeastern regions. Born in the icy bluffs near Winterhold, he spent much of his time flying and hunting small prey. He lived a typical dragon’s life, and did his best to steer clear of the cities of Men, Mer, and Beast; at least while he was still young. One day, the fledgling dragon left his eyrie, searching for a plump horker to eat. A freak blizzard blew in and forced him to the ground, nearly blinding him with it’s snow. Disoriented, Wolf entered a cave and decided to rest there until the storm had passed.

As fate would have it, a coven of Hagravens were quartered a short distance from the young dragon’s cave; in desperate need of a test subject. The Hagraven coven had grown tired of their isolation and consulted with Hermaeus Mora to discover a dark spell that could permanently change the form of a creature. After years of work, the coven had a rough spell they could test. However, since the Daedric Lord of knowledge could not foresee the effects of the spell, he cautioned the coven against it’s testing. Much to his anger, the coven ignored him. When the young dragon feel asleep, the coven abducted him.

White-Wolf awoke to find himself bound to a large altar inside of the coven’s headquarters, encircled by the foul Hagravens. Without hesitation, the coven began to cast their spell. As Hermeaus Mora feared, the spell was incomplete, and the pooled magicka brought about a violent blast, destroying the cave, killing the coven, and knocking Wolf out cold.

A hunter stopped in Winterhold was out gathering pelts to sell and witnessed the explosion. Upon investigation of the site, he found Wolf. Now a creature sharing traits of both Argonian and Dragon. He took Wolf back to his camp, saving his young life. Upon discovering his new form, White-Wolf was terrified. He cried out in fear, using words the Hunter could not decipher. After the Hunter got Wolf to calm down, he took Wolf to the college of Winterhold, where a scholar was able to figure out that Wolf was speaking in Dovahzul, or the Dragon’s tongue. From there, the scholar was able to deduce that White-Wolf was most likely a Dragon, and upon hearing the Hunter’s story, guessed that White-Wolf was the result of experimentation with “Dark Magics.” He asked Wolf to explain his story, and while he didn’t understand much of the young creature’s story, the scholar was able to understand the words: “Evil,” “Witch,” and “Changed.”

Knowing that most people would abandon or kill Wolf, the Hunter took him in. He quickly learned that Wolf was an excellent hunter, that is, after he acclimated to his new body. White-Wolf was the name given to the young creature. An Argonian name, as he seemed closer to an Argonian than anything else. Wolf lived with the Hunter until he turned 12. At that point, the group was attacked by a band of Bandits near Whiterun. Wolf escaped with only a few scars, but the Hunter was struck down. Afterwards, Wolf made his way to the only other place he knew, the College of Winterhold. He was admitted after a rather rough introduction, and he remained here for three years, studying destruction magic, and learning all he could. Afterwards, White-Wolf struck out on his own, now 15. He forged a loose alliance with the Dawnguard, but his unique physical features made the leader of the group wary of him.

With few options, Wolf took to mercenary work, eventually catching the interest of the Dark Brotherhood. He joined the ranks of the Brotherhood at the age of 17.

    Tobias Careesareeth Character Card

    77ae2d6e69019edec388a53eb739e32d.jpg

    Name: Tobias Careesareeth

    Nicknames: Toby

Race: Abomination (Khajiit with the permanent marks of a Lycanthropic creature)
    - A Khajiit abomination is essentially the point between a full transformation into a werewolf and a regular Khajiit. Abominations are slightly taller than their normal counterparts and possess great strength for their size. Abominations are roughly 15% stronger than a normal Khajiit and have remarkable stamina, thanks to a wolf’s ability to run great distances without tiring. The fur of an abomination is a few shades darker, so Tobias’ regular white is a pale silver color. Markings/patterns in the fur are much bolder and stand out with crimson highlights lining their edges. The eyes of an Abomination are much darker, appearing almost black. In addition to this, the fur of an Abomination is noticeably thicker than a regular Khajiit. An abomination’s tail is roughly the same length as a regular Khajiit, however, they are much thicker and appear similar to a wolf’s tail. Abominations also have longer claws on their hands, and slightly longer upper canine teeth that are visible even when the mouth is closed. The teeth are not anywhere near as long as a vampire’s, as only their tips are visible when the mouth is closed.

    Gender: Male

    Age: 18

    Height: 6’ 0”

    Weight: 200 pounds

    Sexuality: Straight

    Laterality: Left Handed

    APPEARANCE

Fur Color: Primarily gray with the black patterns of a tiger.

    Eyes: Indigo

Hair: Short black hair in a “Faux Hawk” style.

    Claws: Short, charcoal gray.

    Build: Toned, athletic build.

Scars: Long, thin scar in the center of his left thigh, can be seen on both the front and rear of the thigh, as it is a scar from a piece of metal being driven through his leg. A winding scar from a dagger slash traveling from his right collarbone to the base of his chin.

Tattoos: Huge black tattoo of a wolf on the back of his left shoulder

    Piercings: None

Other: The fur on Tobias’ chin, hands, and feet is jet-black.

    APPAREL

Constant Wear: Careesareeth family ring on a simple leather necklace.

    31HTkM23xpL.jpg

Casual Wear: Baggy khaki pants, a black long-sleeved shirt, black footwraps, and a gray armguard on his left forearm (Holds his ebony dagger, a trick he has picked up from Ryder).

Armor: Nightingale Armor without the cape.

    GEAR

Weapons: Nightingale blade, and an ebony dagger.

    PERSONALITY AND VOICE

Personality: Determined, rebellious, and energetic. Tobias is young and active, reflecting constantly through his behavior. When told to complete a task, he will do his best to see it through to the end, and he has no trouble giving 110% effort. Unfortunately, Tobias’ energy and young age combine to create a rebellious and adventurous attitude that causes headaches for those around him. He can be seen as bull-headed and stubborn at times, and often does not see eye to eye with his older sister, Kivuli. Tobias also puts high value on physical fitness and free-running and can be constantly seen doing one or the other.

Habits: Rolling his shoulders, rocking back and forth from heels to the balls of his feet, “zoning out,” putting his hands in his pockets, and talking to himself.

    Voice: Nathan Drake from Uncharted

Likes: Free-running, exercise, music, good food, and being left alone.

Dislikes: Long or drawn-out conversations, repeatedly being told to do something, being told he’s being “moody,” and being treated as a child.

    MISCELLANIOUS

    Affiliations: Thieves Guild, Nightingale Trinity

    Afflictions: ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder)

    Properties: Room in Nightingale Hall

Job: Thief/ Nightingale Agent of Subterfuge

Combat Skills: Tobias is a talented swordsman and a gifted free-runner. Thus most of his combat skills reside in the use of single-handed swords. He has notable skill with daggers, but there is a considerable gap between his skills with swords and daggers. Tobias is familiar with unarmed hand-to-hand combat, but his fighting-style is like that of a boxer, thus he takes a lot of hits.

Tobias likes to switch his combat style, often changing his grip on his weapons and incorporating unarmed attacks, especially spinning kicks.

Tobias has some skill with bows, thanks to his sister’s training, but anything beyond 40 yards, he has trouble hitting. In addition, Tobias has some knowledge of two-handed weapons, but only in the sense that will allow him to better avoid their strikes. Magic is a near foreign concept to Tobias, and despite attempts to learn some spells, Tobias lacks the ability to cast even novice-level spells.

    HISTORY/BACKSTORY

Tobias was born as the second child of the Careesareeth family. However, due to his unique reaction to the beast-blood, he has been shunned from the family. Kivuli has stepped in as Tobias’ mother figure, doing her best to train and look after Tobias. Most of Tobias’ childhood has been spent inside of Honorhall orphanage in Riften, or the Ratway beneath Riften’s streets. By the age of 12, Tobias began his career as a Thief and ran into the Thieves Guild by the age of 14. He was inducted as one of the youngest thieves and has quickly made a name for himself through diligence and clever getaways. Tobias is very deeply rooted in the Thieves Guild, yet still maintains a strong relationship with his sister. The two have worked together on more than one occasion. By the age of 17, Tobias joined the Nightingale Trinity alongside Kazasha and Ryder.

    Armor: Dark Brotherhood mage set

    GEAR

Weapons: Ebony dagger (Black Lightning (Shock Damage and Absorb Health enchantments)), Ebony bow (Black Woe (Absorb Health and Absorb Magicka enchantments))

    PERSONALITY AND VOICE

Personality: Loving and kind, Kivui has a 'bleeding heart' as her mother likes to put it. If yer a hard-luck case, she'll take pity on you. Is a very open minded and accepting person, as she believes that being a hybrid she has no right to judge others based on appearance...within reason. In combat, she is a cold and calculating death machine. All emotions and conscience fly out the window when she's in 'Job Mode'. When angered, Kivuli can get a bit violent. Mainly hoisting one up by the throat for a hot few seconds while she hollers before dropping you and storming off.
Warning: She does NOT handle betrayal well. Commander Maro's ghost can give you an apt description of what happens if someone crosses her. Being torn apart by an enraged werewolf isn't exactly a pleasant experience.

Habits: Playing around with Black Lightning, tail twitching, flexes claws when aggrivated

    Voice: Princess Luna from MLP:FiM

Likes: Parkour, spell research, stargazing, spending time with Tobias

Dislikes: Thalmor and Imperials (WITH A PASSION), Anyone aligned with the Empire, and some of the more obviously-racist Nords. Sour foods are a nope, as well as having spells blow up in her face. Being mocked for her hybrid and lycan heritage gets on her nerves, as does betrayal.

    MISCELLANIOUS

Affiliations: Dark Brotherhood (Listener), Thieves Guild (Through Delvin Mallory and Tobias Careesareeth), Stormcloaks (One of the top generals), Careesareeth Family (Daughter of the Matriarch, Zaraji)

Afflictions: Breathing problems, her DB hood has a water breathing apparatus to help manage that.

    Properties: Vlindrel Hall (Markarth)

    Job: Assassin/Dark Brotherhood Listener/Stormcloak General

Combat Skills: Kivuli is a master of the Conjuration school and adept at Destruction. Her favorite Conjuration spells to use is Storm Thrall (Distraction tactic), Summon Boneman (Distraction Tactic), and Soul Trap (Soul gem refillage). Favorite Destruction is 'Lightning Bolt' and 'Fireball'. (Both for sneak offense attacks). If she has to get up close she'll sneak up behind you and shank you with Black Lightning before you even notice she's there.

Kivuli is known to mix all 3 against powerful opponents. She'll have two distractions, and be zapping or flaming you from afar while drive-by gashing you.

Kivuli's main non-magic attack method is her bow. If there's no good place to summon her distractors and it's too dangerous to get close, she'll get up high and snipe you from afar. She's passed some of this skill to Tobias in case he ever has his hands on only a bow and he's under attack.

She's done for if she gets caught. Kivuli's like a glass cannon, she can pummel you good but if you get your hands on her she's actually a very breakable weapon. She can get too absorbed into lining up her long-range shots, so as long as you make little noise you can easily sneak up behind her and shank her before she can fire at anything.

    HISTORY/BACKSTORY

Kivuli is the firstborn of the Careesareeth Matriarch, Zaraji. She was the favored daughter for a while due to her having great talent for lycan shifting and for being chosen as the Listener, but her kindness to her little brother Tobias and joining the Stormcloaks put the kabosh on that real quick. Is still a bit more favored than Tobias though because of his being an 'abomination', though Kivuli adamantly REFUSES to refer to him as that. Always uses Toby instead. While the other two Nightingales are barely welcome in the DB because, you know, vampires and the ilk, she always has a warm bed ready for Toby if he needs it.

Kivuli was closest with Festus Krex before Astrid's betrayal. It was through him that she quickly learned so much about the Destruction school of magic, and was often found comparing notes or listening intently to her elder's stories of his kills. She saw him as mentor...and soon father figure. Sadly he perished in Maro's raid of the Falkreath Sanctuary, pinned to a tree outside by a good thousand arrows. Holy crap.

Babette, Nazir, and Arnbjorn were her second favorites. Babette, despite being a vampire, didn't treat her like some dumb mutt and they would often keep each other's dietary needs covered if they could while out on a job. Nazir's sharp wit and tongue always gave Kivuli a good laugh, and she loved hearing his stories about Hammerfell. Arnbjorn was 'moon-born' like her, and wasn't an outright racist asshole, so she already took a shining to him. She often went on jobs with him at night, make sure his fluffy butt made it back home in one piece. He perished during the Raid, she killed his attackers but he was already quickly bleeding to death.

Kivuli barely knew Gabriella, and Astrid always rubbed her the wrong way. Something about her screamed 'sinister', even for the job requirements. The Listener showed the leader no mercy after the Raid, coldly sending her to the Void without hesitation before going after Maro. Gabriella also perished.

Cicero was a favorite of Kivuli's, she enjoyed how flamboyant and goofy the jester was. Through him she learned more about her duties as Listener and the Night Mother herself...until the Jester really lost his marbles, tried to kill Astrid, and fled. After reading his journals she felt great pity for the obviousy insane man, so she gave him a quick and relatively painless death to free him from his mental instability.

Maro....this is a tale she loves to tell new recruits. Not only because she's proud of what she did, but it also serves as a warning about double-crossing her.

After the raid, Maro was at the Solitude Docks ready to set sail with the Emperor. After killing off Titus Mede II, Kivuli slipped into the waters and silently swam up to a secluded area of the docks. With the Ring of Hircine's help, she shifted to lycan form and descended upon the Oculatus leader with a vicious fury. He didn't even know what hit him until he had 250 pounds of angry lycan muscle ripping him into literal minced meat. The Commander did try to fight back, and Guards did rush to help, but it was too quick and too late. Kivuli had his soul on the way to the Void within a few minutes. After that she snatched up his armor as a trophy and booked it back towards the Dawnstar Sanctuary. Now his armor is proudly displayed in Kivuli's room in the Sanctuary, as a warning to those who would even think of betraying their Listener or the one who so kindly gave them sanctuary.

    APPEARANCE

    Skin/Scale/Fur Color: Pale gold

    Eyes: Pale Yellow

    Hair Color/Horns/Ears: Golden Blonde

    Hair Style/Feathers: Curly Semi-Long

Build: Short for an Altmer; thin, slightly curvy. Very little muscle.

Scars: Burn scars on her arms and legs from magic practice as a child.

    Tattoos: None

    Piercings: None

Other: Icy blue markings around her eyes that travel down her cheeks

    APPAREL

Constant Wear: Blue mage robes with magicka enchantments, boots, Mage's Circlet, various enchanted rings, and enchanted necklace.

Casual Wear: A casual button-up blue long sleeve, dark brown pants, darker brown boots, various enchanted rings, enchanted necklace, and Mage's Circlet.

Armor: In battle, she usually wears her robes, which have no armor. However, if needed, she does have Elven Light Armor.

    GEAR

Weapons: Ebony One-Handed Sword and Dwarven Bow with Dwarven Arrows

Magic: Magic is her forte. She knows at least three spells from each school; however, she is most knowledgeable in the schools of destruction and restoration. She is still continuing to learn more through the College of Winterhold.

Other: She is always carrying lockpicks, scrolls, a small painting of her family with their signatures on the back, and some book she is reading.

    PERSONALITY AND VOICE

Personality: At a first meeting, many will assume she is cold and apathetic; as her usual outward body language portrays, of course. This is false, and the moment one may speak with the high elf, one will see that she is kind and intellectual. She is a very gentle woman, unless provoked, and is willing to lend a hand if one is worthy. Her heart and mind often quarrel, as she is bound between logic and morals. As a very stubborn and independent young woman, she is difficult to lend aid to. When in battle with a foe, she will not hold back as her cold and logical thoughts do erupt. Overall, she is a kind-hearted and intelligent young woman.

Fighting Style: Stating the obvious, she is a fine user of the arcane arts. She demonstrates this in battle, by using a variety of magic within both of her hands. Her strongest suit is between the range of 'not-too-far-away' and 'not-to-close', if one were to joke about the distance. There, her magic can reach the enemy while herself being a safe distance away. When closer enemies appear, she will often double up with destruction spells in one hand and a sword in the other. For long range and out-of-sight battles, she will use her bow. She tends to sneak and observe the enemy, trying to locate types of weapons, the type of enemy, and the terrain. It is then she can decide what spells to use.

Habits: On free time, she often is found reading a book. She also runs her fingers through her hair while deep in thought. Oddly, she crosses her legs while casually standing.

Voice: Daenarys Targaryen - Game of Thrones

    -Dwemer Machines

    Dislikes:
    -Arrogance
    -War
    -Bandits
    -Thugs
-Nords who blame the college for their woes, or despise the arcane arts
    -Drunkards
-Snobby High Elves; AKA, the Thalmor

    MISCELLANEOUS

Affiliations: A student at The College of Winterhold

    Afflictions/Fears:
-War that interferes with the Innocent
-Markarth; The place bothers her for the dark undertones.
    -Giants

    Properties:
She owns a small home in Dawnstar [About the size of the Breezehome in Whiterun, except it has an enchanting table extra, and the bottom floor front room is a shop.] She also has a dorm in the College of Winterhold

    Job:
Most who know her already know she is a student at the college; however, she does not teach spells or give training. She believes that if she makes one mistake of teaching the wrong person, they could use magic for evil. Instead, she makes and sells potions in her shop.

    Combat Skills:
She is most skilled in Magic, of course. She tries her best to be stealthy, and attack quickly with magic. Simple. She is fairly good with a sword as well, but sometimes misses with a bow. She is very lacking in two-handed weapons, and when often confronted with an enemy who has one, she can struggle. This is the same for those why carry a shield, or in general have heavy armor.

Other: She's a bit of a goody-two-shoes; so pick-pocketing and murdering/assassinations, aren't her thing. Despite this, she steals; more often than one would think. It simply depends on the situation, who the person is, and where she is. Picking locks to get into chests and doors happens quite often. However, if caught, she is always willing to pay and apologizes. One place she will never steal from is the college; she respects that place with very soul.

    HISTORY/BACKSTORY

Eilonwy was born in Summerset Isle, where the high population of the Altmer dwells. She was a curious child, always trying to soak up anything she could learn. Her younger brother was born at her age of three, and at the young age of 11, her mother died due to illness. Her and her brother got along far more than most siblings, and they often practiced magic with one another. When Eilonwy turned 14 and her brother 11, her father took them on a trip to Skyrim. Little did she know, her father was part of the Thalmor. When in a meeting, Eilonwy and her brother sneaked around to eavesdrop, and finally heard the awfully racist and horrible things her father had done and spoken of.

When back at home, she confronted her father of being Thalmor. He simply laughed and ruffled her hair, stating how she and her brother would be too, someday. To his ignorance, Eilonwy was disgusted by this; and to her ignorance, her brother wanted to follow in his father's path. The confrontation grew into a heated and violent dispute between Eilonwy and her father, to which her brother took her father's side.

That night, Eilonwy took her belongings, or at least what she could carry, along with the small portrait of her family with their signatures on the back, and left. She boarded a ship and left Summerset Isle. She traveled far across Tamriel, searching for a place to live where she could be accepted. Finally, from a kind old woman, she heard of the College of Winterhold. It took her months to get there, but once she did, she was quick to show her abilities in the arcane arts, which impressed many, and she was accepted.

There, she began her studies, and her health rose thanks to the comforts of the dorms. The Arch-Mage was very welcoming of her, and Tolfdir treated her like an adopted daughter. As she began to be more worthy in her potion-making skills, she ended up selling some of her potions to the students. By suggestion of Tolfdir, as long as she was safe and cautious, she could travel and sell potions. She ended up making a lot of money, and was able to purchase a property. At first, she wanted to buy a home in Winterhold, but there were none for sale that weren't destroyed. The closest place to the college was Dawnstar, which did have a property for sale. She ended up buying a home and making the large bottom floor room a shop. She travels back and forth between the home and the college, making a profit and researching.

    You two's characters are amazing!

I hope I can reach that level of character-designing at some point! I am hoping to add a bit of details to Eilonwy as well, along with my other character I'm still working on.

I just can't wait to see how all the characters will interact with one another, and how the plot will unfold.

I'm very excited to get this thing started!

Now, how should we start this?

Currently, I'm sitting on an idea involving Ryder and White-Wolf. The thought is that I could have Ryder in Windhelm doing his thing, (possibly stealing a necklace from Elionwy) when he is confronted by White-Wolf, who has a contract on his head (for whatever reason, I haven't decided yet). A chase ensues, ending in Ryder's capture by Kivuli (Wolf would chase Ryder through a pre-determined route, that eventually puts him right in Kivuli's trap).

At that point, Ryder recognizes Kivuli, and not only calls her out on the fact that it wouldn't be wise for a Careesareeth to kill a Xaosopor, but also the fact that it wouldn't sit well with Tobias. He offers to pay double the price the original client paid if they turn and leave Ryder alone, and kill whomever contracted them. The Brotherhood still gets their kill, and they walk away with more gold.

After that, Eilonwy could catch up to Ryder (after realizing he'd stolen from her, and - literally - bumping into him during the chase), which allows for some of the characters to get to know one another, while setting up a bit of a day-to-day feel before we drop full on into the plot of the role-play.

    Zelda

    Princess of Hyrule
I love it! Sounds like a perfect beginning!

Also, for my second character, she is going to be 50% Redguard and 50% Nord. I'm still deciding on her rank, but she'll be on the upper tier of a bandit group. She's also a paid assassin; however, she has yet to join the Dark Brotherhood due to 'Not wanting to be tied down.' She's a bit of an arse, a brat, and spunky character, so interacting with the characters in the Dark Brotherhood will be interesting. Not only that, but I am most likely having her be close friends with Eilonwy - one of those friendships of Yin and Yang, to of course add some spice to things. Does the character sound appropriate? Any notes to add? She's still in development, so I am open to some options. I just want to make sure she fits within the plot.

    Kivuli_The_Khajit

    Werewolf Queen of Skyrim
Uhm, one hitch, Archer. Kivuli wouldn't care about the implications enough to let Ryder go. After all, no contract goes unheeded. Ryder would have to die, Tobias sadly would have to understand that. Best she could do is give Ryder a quick and painless death.

    Archer Drake

    Parkour Enthusiast
I..didn't think of that. Though, it does make sense.

    Well...uh...

What if we do this instead. Mind you it's pretty much the same scenario, save for the motivations, or whatever word you want to use there.

Ok, so Ryder is in Windhelm at the same time Kivuli, and Eilonwy are there. Kivuli would have to be in plain clothes or her Stormcloak outfit for this to work because he would leave her alone otherwise (Don't steal from Assassins or they'll give you a dagger in the back).

So Ryder goes about his buisness, pickpocketing, and steals something from Eilonwy (probably a necklace, like I said before), and moves on. Later on, after Eilonwy realizes Ryder has stolen from her, she sees him steal something from Kivuli (probably her "Black Lightning" Dagger, because I can't think of much else he would be interested in). As Ryder is walking away, Eilonwy calls him out and, at the same time, alerts Kivuli that Ryder has just stolen from her.

A chase ensues and Ryder is eventually caught by someone (I don't know who yet.) I'm assuming that Kivuli would be very angry, but I'm not sure if she would want to kill him.

If she would want to kill him, then we can bring up Ryder's argument with the Xaosopors and Careesareeths if that makes a difference. If not, I don't know.

    What do you guys think?

If you have an idea, please let me know.

    Werewolf Queen of Skyrim
Nother problem, Kivuli is difficult to pickpocket. Her little brother is a Nightingale, from interacting with him and all she would be wise to the tricks of thieves. She'd catch Ryder before he got a step away from her.

    Archer Drake

    Parkour Enthusiast
Possibly. But what kind of pickpocketing are you envisioning during this scenario?

I'm thinking of something along the lines of what they do in the "Now You See Me" movies. Bump into a target, do a slight of hand trick to steal the item, keep doing slight of hand to keep it out of view while you apologize, and walk away before the target notices.

I've actually done research on slight of hand, and what I've found is that, when done correctly, the target still thinks they have the item.

When you hit it (in this case Ryder would catch himself and shove the dagger against Kivuli), the item leaves an imprint, thus making it feel like you still have it.

However, if one is aware of the move, theoretically, they could realize at a faster rate.

I'm having trouble with ideas right now. But, a failed attempt could work.

Unless a completely different scenario would work better.

I'm sorry. My mind is slow right now.

Let's do a failed attempt. That would be realistic, especially since Kivuli is aware of the move.

That works better than what I had.

Ok, so Ryder is going around Windhelm stealing stuff, and nabs something from Eilonwy.

A short while later, he tries to steal something from Kivuli, but she catches him before he can take more than a step. That causes a bit of a scene, which alerts Eilonwy to their location so she can reclaim what Ryder stole.

Do I have everything correct so far?

Another thing, I have another character (my first RP character actually) that actually lends himself to this RP quite well, and works as a hybrid very nicely (Argonian and Bosmer).

Should I bring in another character?
