Whenever an enemy attacks me they take damage and die even when I don't have armor on. It ruins the game and challenge. I don't know if it's a mod or an active power? It is an update or bug? and does anyone else have this problem? I uninstalled and re-installed mods that I downloaded and still had this problem I don't know what to do. Please Help. ( I play on ps4 Skyrim special edition)

I sometimes have a similar problem. It seems to be mainly Draugr-related but, as soon as they spit me, they drop dead. I don’t think it is due to a mod and it doesn’t happen all the time, so it may just be a random glitch.
