even though I've watched the videos, my guy does get a big shout out (at ground as instructed) but the dragon still refuses to show up. How do I get this fixed?

even though I've watched the videos, my guy does get a big shout out (at ground as instructed) but the dragon still refuses to show up. How do I get this fixed?

On try 21 the dragon showed up, I didn't do anything different other than go to a snowy area.
