Dead Thralls

Could someone post a list of all characters that can be raised with the Dead Thrall spell?

I'd really want Lord Harkon as a dead thrall so if someone knows if you can raise him, that'd be enough for me.

I believe you can thrall Harkon if you defeat him when you're below level 40 (unless you have the Necromage perk), since his max level is 60.

Ah, unbelievable that I forgot that. I only killed him once and that was when Dawnguard just got out.

No problem. If you played on the PC version, you can probably work some of that console command magic. But you play on the Xbox 360 like me from what you said, I believe?
