PC Dead T posing Laying down Hold Guard attacking me

I kill nazeem in whiterun but the guards don't realize I did them a favor and attacked me but since I was high level I could kill them in 7 hits But I forgot what I did but as I was at the exit to run from whiterun I get hit by a guard pretty normal but then I looked at it and it was one I killed and it was laying down in a A pose attacking me when I fusrodahed it died but it was flung in that position and no I just reinstalled the game after a long time so I only had mods like armor retextures or graphics improvers nothing that would change the death animation now I cant play Skyrim without worrying about that happening
