When I talk to any of the companion quest givers, they say I already have an outstanding quest, yet no marker appears on my map for it, so I have no idea where to go to complete the quest. Advice appreciated.

I’m noticing the same problem with quests from Urag Gro-Shub in Winterhold. Maybe the radiant Quest system is broken on my current playthrough?
