Deathbrand Maurader
Race: female Nord or Redguard
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Factions: Blades (important), Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild (Skeleton Key? Yeah let's keep that.)
Major Skills: Light Armor, One-Handed
Minor Skills: Sneak, Alchemy, Archery
Perks: http://skyrimcalculator.com/#305210 lvl 30 spread
Standing Stone: Thief for early game, switch to Lord around lvl 20
Powers: Namira's Ring, Agent of Dibella, Adrenaline Rush/Battle Cry
Shouts: Unrelenting Force, Slow Time, Marked for Death, Ice Form, Whirlwind Sprint, Elemental Fury, Dragonrend
Equipment: Before lvl 36, Leather, Scaled, or whatever Light Armor you see fit. After 36, immediately aquire all 4 pieces of Deathbrand Armor. Windshear, or other (preferably unenchanted) one-handed weapons before lvl 36, so long as you're dual-wielding. After 36, use the two twin Deathbrand Scimitars. Also, any equpment that increses Stamina or Stamina regen will benefit you greatly.
Obs.: The Deathbrand Maurader is a build which optimizes the powers of the best light armor in the game. You are a pirate, so steal and pillage with your stealth skills and rob the corpse of any traveler you meet on the road. See how high of a bounty you can amass in one hold just for fun. Get rich from the Dark Brotherhood's quests early in the game. In combat, you are strictly dual-wielding, so shell out as many power attacks as you can and spam your homemade juiced-up potions if your health gets low (which is very possible without blocking). Against hoards of enemies, Unrelenting Force to clear them out and take them out one-by-one, and utilize Whirlwind sprint to hone in on those ranged attackers. After you finish the main quest, kill Parthunax (what use is he to a pirate?) and assemble the Blades as your new pirate crew. My suggestion is to enlist Rayya, Jenassa, and Njada so you've got yourself a team of badass pirate valkryies to plummet Skyrim with. Playing as a female and recieving Dibella's Blessing is ideal for maxing your damage output, since most hostile NPC's in Skyrim are male. Also, some of the most terrifying pirates in history were women (Ching Shih anyone?). Overall an extrmely fun and effective build.
