Xbox One City Lag/Crash

hey guys, im on Xbox One, just wanna ask on how i can reduce lag when i go on major cities especially solitude, morthal, falkreath and markarth. I always seem to lag when i enter these cities. Yes my game is modded and I would like to know if there are any mods that can help remove the lag when i enter these cities. I usually crash when i enter them. Im on Xbox one, thank you!

you and me both lol... i have several FPS mods if you look at my post you can try those and see if they help... but i havent had any luck but could be another mod i have mess'n with that
