Just figured I'd ask. I realize TES players aren't exactly Destiny's target audience. But the game is playing like Mass Effect and Halo had a baby... so kind of awesome.

    Anyone else?

I played the beta - and have pre-ordered it on the basis of those few hours of play I managed to get in. The 3 player fireteams worked very well, lots to explore for a beta and the events were very good. Although I did foolishly joined a defend the warsat event to find there was only me doing it - was only level 4 oops.

I've been enamored with it since playing. I'm having trouble playing anything else, to be honest.

I have a feeling it's going to be a benchmark type of video game. Like Halo or Skyrim. One of these games that those that follow will look to and say, "What from that can we implement into our game?"

Those events were really tough. Not easy in the slightest. My favorite part was Devil's Lair. I loved coordinating with others even though nobody used mics or anything. It was pretty epic to be fighting, see one of your guys go down, and then having to sprint across the field with a hailstorm of enemy fire raining down, only to slide next to your comrade for a quick heal. You both needed to scatter because otherwise you'd both be dead.

What class did you use? I played all three, but mostly an Awoken Warlock.

I only played Hunter, but mainly because I only joined in for the last couple of weeks when I was sent a code by my nephew who wanted to try the co-op element. I wish I'd created new characters to try the others. I could have done with another day or two because there was a level 11 captain who was impervious to my peashooter gun, I picked up a rocket launcher which I wanted to introduce him to and then the beta ended. Roll on the 9th September.

It is like Skyrim in 1 way - it's going to steal many hours of my life.
