Basically just what the title says. I was playing through the GLENMORILL mod (Vicn) and went through a very intense bout of lightning effects from many spells being cast at / around me at once. After I left I realized that the effect would not go away. I tried waiting, fast traveling, killing myself, restarting the game, restarting my computer, and the ussep unwanted effects remover book. nothing works and the last save I have before the glitch is like a week old.
