I just got an Apple desktop computer...thaaaat's about 10 years old. What can it run?

Get rid of that computer and buy a new one more advanced more updated.best advice for you.wont run that much better .

Yes any computer can be serviced. Just have a look at your options further. If i were you i would service it update it and sell it and save your money for a new one.
