    So I have a level 4 save still and a level 14 save that has muffle.. And then a level 17 save and level 20 save... So where wud best place to find necklace with waterbreathing if I used my lvl 4 save.... Or wud u recommend sticking with lvl 14 and searching since I have muffle with that...

    Is there a certain Level one must be to start seeing items with those enchantments? Am a lvl 4 and been reloading saves and re discovering cradle crush rock and haven't seen it yet.... Been 4-8 hours now... I know at higher lvl like 50 or atleast 60 and up you'll never find an item enchanted...
