    Well, anyone can ignore pain, without having to be a machine, you would have to take your kind else where, and some people have a natural high damage thresh hold and can take pain very well, take Spartans from Ancient Greece for example. Raijin

    It wouldn't matter who ruled the Empire, but the Thalmor are ruthless and evil. Therefor they need to be destroyed.

    I believe I read that there was supposed to be much more people, but the amount could not cooperate with the platforms.

    The Empire started the war against the Forsworn, and when they try to fight back to regain back to what they think belongs to them they're called brigands by the Legion. You more likely confirmed Ulfric's statement when he said " I fight for my people impoverished to pay the debts of an Empire...
