    Cannot talk to or harm Ancano in College of Winterhold quest

    I was about to complete the College of Winterhold Quest, but, this bug prevents me from killing Ancano. I entered the hall of elements, the dialogue between Ancano and Tolfdir will not start. Tolfdir says to me "hurry, we must defeat Ancano" if I talk to him. If I talk to Ancano, he will stop...
