nah, but only cause the game wastes an opportunity to make the waters scary. No sea monsters or anything etc etc. I recall reading a vampire lorebook in the elder scrolls games that talked about vampires that would live under the ice and pull people under, thought for sure something like that...- Thepointman

Best suggestion I can give on making magic (and by magic i assume you probably mean destruction) viable at the upper difficulties is to take alchemy and keep plenty of poisons that reduce magic resistance and potions that boost destruction damage. On Legendary especially, destruction on it's own...- Thepointman

Skyrim at low levels
60? yikes, can't imagine waiting that long before I dug into the meat of the game. I usually find myself drifting off at the 40ish mark as by that point I have my skills (that I actually plan to use) maxed and perked, more gold than I have stuff to spend it on and many of the game's side quests...- Thepointman
