    You can have a humanoid follower, a dog, and a conjured something (you could just get the sanguine rose if you don't wanna level up your conjuring). With illusion magic, you could just make your enemies fight each other

If you do, reload to before you killed your fist grenmoil witch. Then go clear the sanctuary and wait for 32 days. Then go do blood's honor and kill...

    I'd say you're done when the fun stops for a few days. Or when the dragons actually come out of your tv to kill you. You could stop then too.
