Thanks all. I've tried sleeping for long times and power naps, neither seem to work. I occasionally get the well rested bonus, so the next time I do I'll make a note of the circumstances in which it was granted. I've read that you don't get any bonuses if you sleep in a bed you don't own. Maybe...
I've tried this. My house is Breezehome and I'm married to Mjoll. Sometimes I'll go to bed and with or without her being in the bed I won't get the well rested bonus. When she is in bed and I sleep I don't get the lover's cure bonus either
Can anyone tell me what determines whether or not you get a well rested bonus when you sleep? Sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't. Also, I often find difficult to find my woman in bed so I can attempt to get the lover's cure (is that the name of it? Can't remember). She'll still be milling...
That version of No Woman No Cry has lifted the vocals off the original studio track from the 'Natty Dread' album. As someone who has been listening to Bob's music for the last 25 years I'd actually say I prefer this version to the original. However the best I've heard yet is the Live at the...
I'm not familiar with TES lore and Skyrim was my first immersive encounter with it. I didn't like the Thalmor, so the chance to deep six them would be interesting.
Yeah, it can be very frightening, especially the first time it happens. Eventually I just kind of got used to it although comparatively my experiences haven't been so severe as other people's.
Everyone I know who did the main quest first said they got bored with the game. Everyone can play the game how they want really, but interspersing side and misc quests with the main quest kept me interested.
I'm on my second playthrough and have encountered a problem with the That was always there quest given by the Dunmer shopkeeper in the Grey Quarter.
He gave me Viola's ring a few days (not game days) ago. I didn't want to do the quest immediately so did some other stuff. I have come back to...
Yeah, one of the things I like about Skyrim is how bleak and gritty it sometimes looks. It must have been a harsh existence for the people of Skyrim and the game recreates that well.
I wanted to kill Dirge, but I get more enjoyment from repeatedly blowing him into the water with Unrelenting Force. It's funny as he staggers out of the water and resumes his position so I can do it again.
I got a really good deal the other day. I bought a pre-owned copy of Oblvion, got it home and it wouldn't play. I inspected the disc and it was evident why. I took it back to the shop and was told that the copy I bought was the only one they had in store. However, they have another branch in my...
I read somewhere that they can utilise like kind of pockets in space that bring them out light years from where they entered. Maybe I saw that in a film I can't remember:D
Also Darth Vader and Chancellor Palpatine were clearly evil yet extremely intelligent. I forgot, Vader came good in the end.
