CISPA was to be voted upon by Congress by yesterday or today. Basically CISPA allows the Government to look on all the porn you've been watching without your knowledge until after it's happened, and we can't have that. Congress be triffling
Congress took a vote on whether or not to have background checks for guns and they voted no. So instead of voting for something logical in preventing further gun incidents they decide to do nothing at all.
